Archinomad takes homes, resorts and commercial buildings from the first sketch to the day you get the keys. Architects and civil engineers on one team, at budgets from compact to luxury.
Hire us for one stage or the whole project. When the same team draws, calculates and builds, nothing gets lost between the drawing and the site.
Plans, elevations, 3D views and working drawings shaped around your site, the climate and the way you live.
Soil investigation, structural design and detailing, so the building is safe, economical and approved.
One contract from foundation to handover, with a site engineer, weekly progress updates and stage-wise billing.
Extensions, added floors, kitchen and bath rebuilds, roof replacement and structural repair of existing buildings.
Compact, efficient homes where every square foot is planned and the money goes into structure, light and ventilation first.
Bespoke villas and retreats with custom detailing, chosen materials, and landscape and interiors designed with the building.
Independent houses and villas, from a first home on a tight plot to a family residence with a courtyard and garden.
Cottages, pool villas, restaurants and wellness spaces planned as one site, with service routes kept out of the guest's view.
Shops, offices, clinics and showrooms designed around footfall, rental area and services, and built to commercial codes.
The tier changes the finishes, fittings and detailing. It never changes the foundation, the steel or the concrete grade. Those are designed to code on every project.

Rates are indicative for 2026 and depend on site access, soil conditions and final specification. A detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) follows the concept design, before any contract is signed.
Set the project type, size and specification for an indicative range and build time. We'll firm it up with a site visit and a full BOQ.
Ranges exclude land, approval fees and loose furniture. Breakdown shows a typical share of cost at the midpoint of the range.
Example layouts shown. Replace each with a project photo and caption from @archinomad._

Each stage ends with something you can see and sign off before the next one starts.
We walk the plot, check access, levels and drainage, and listen to how you want to live or run the space.

Budget savings come from planning and finishes, never from steel, concrete or foundations.
Every rate, brand and quantity is written down before work starts. No surprise extras.
Orientation, overhangs and cross-ventilation keep rooms cool before any air-conditioner is switched on.
One project lead answers for design, engineering and the site, from first meeting to handover.
Most new homes fall between ₹1,800 and ₹5,000 per sq.ft depending on specification. Use the estimator above for a range. We confirm the figure with a detailed BOQ after the concept design.
